Ring Sizing
Q. What is my ring size?

Product Info
Q. Do you offer custom ring designs?
A. We will be coming out with new rings styles annually, so we are kept quite busy with this endeavor. At this time, we won't have time to make custom orders.
Q. Do you offer engraving services?
A. Yes at check-out you can opt for custom laser-engraving. The font we use is called Porter and the engraving is priced per letter.
Q. Where are your rings fabricated?
A. All our rings are handcrafted with care in our Pleasantville, New York studio. Some rings are hand-carved from wax, and all are hand finished, so there may be some natural variations from piece to piece.
Q. The matte finish on my ring is starting to turn shiny. What should I do?
A. All metal intrinsically wants to be shiny. If your matte finish is starting to turn shiny, please use the sample of jeweler's sandpaper we provided you with your order to sand it back to a matte finish. Please see our Jewelry Care section for an explanation of how to use the sandpaper.
Q. Do you have a phone number I can call?
A. We prefer communicating via e-mail to avoid any miscommunications.
Returns / Exchanges / Repairs
Q. Can I return a customized ring?
A. Sorry, but all rings are made-to-order to fit your specs (size, color etc). Customized rings are non-refundable.
Q. My ring feels a little tight, can it be made bigger?
A. A ring resizing service may be available with a fee and a shipping cost, but only for an authentic Sanipelli Vasan ring. Note, this service is dependent on the ring’s design and how much we have to adjust the ring. Some ring designs cannot be resized due to their unique design or their material. Please contact us for further information.
Q. My ring is broken, can you fix it?
A. We can repair a ring if the issue is with the ring's original fabrication, and it must be returned to us within 6 months of purchase. If you have broken or damaged your ring during normal wear and tear, then we recommend that you visit your local jeweler to discuss the repair. If you require our services then we ask that you send a picture of the ring with a detailed account of the problem, and we will get back to you with an estimate.
